Your own proof-of-work, portable across employers.
Every action you signed lives in your Manav account, controlled by you. Export it to your next employer as a verified work passport. The receipts are yours, your employer cannot retroactively delete them, and your new employer can verify them without trusting your old one.
Privacy posture for this scene
The worker is the protagonist, not the surveilled.
- You hold the root key. The receipts cryptographically depend on it.
- Employer-issued receipts remain valid even after you leave the employer.
- Selective disclosure: present only the work history a hiring manager needs to see.
What this means for you
- You hold the root key. Acme Labs cannot retroactively delete or modify your receipts.
- You can present a selective subset to a hiring manager, "show me her wire-approval signed actions for the last 12 months", without exposing the rest.
- The receipts cryptographically verify against the published Ed25519 key of each employer who issued them. The new employer doesn't have to trust the old one.
- If you change your name, your immigration status, or your jurisdiction, your verified work history travels with you.
