Pay per receipt. Verifying is free.

A receipt is one action a person signed. That is the only thing we bill. Anyone can check a receipt, online or offline, without paying us or calling us.

Questions

What counts as a receipt?

One completed signing: the person saw the action, their device signed it, and our issuer countersigned it. Verifications, key fetches, revocation checks, cancelled or failed signings and unused delegation grants are never billed. Usage is metered per UTC calendar month and exportable as CSV.

Do verifiers pay?

No. Verification is free for anyone, forever, and works offline against the published key.

What changes the price?

Three things: how many receipts you issue, whether you use the shared issuer or your own keys, and which region your data lives in. Your own keys and non-US regions add a fixed platform fee, not a per-receipt fee.

What happens if we stop paying?

Receipts you already have stay valid and verifiable. You just can't issue new ones.

Is there a token or a blockchain?

No. Checking a receipt needs the receipt and a public key, nothing else.

Where are the legal terms?

Terms, DPA, subprocessors, acceptable use and privacy. EU representative details are on the company page.
