Order of precedence
Where documents conflict, this is the order that governs: an executed Order Form, then the Data Processing Addendum, then these Terms, then the Acceptable Use Policy, then any service level terms.
What this covers
- The parties. These Terms are between TheWorkCompany LLC and the legal entity you represent — not you personally, if you are signing up for a company.
- Licence. We grant you a non-exclusive right to use the service for your internal business purposes during the term.
- Restrictions. No reverse engineering, no resale, no publication of benchmarks without our consent, and no use to build a competing service.
Your data
On termination we make Customer Data available for export for a defined window and then delete it, in line with the deletion obligations in the DPA.

Changes to these terms
We will not change these Terms by quietly editing this page. Material changes take effect on notice to your account administrator, and for paid subscriptions not before your next renewal term.
