Acceptable Use Policy

You may not

• Use the service to generate, present or imply a human authorisation that did not happen.
• Present a receipt as evidence of something it does not attest to — a receipt proves that a credential holder signed the hash of a statement, not that they understood it, were uncoerced, or are a unique person.
• Attempt to obtain a signature from a person by misrepresenting what they are signing, including by rendering text that differs from the statement.
• Probe, scan or load-test the service without written permission — except as permitted by our disclosure policy.
• Resell, sublicense or white-label the service without an agreement that says you may.
• Use the service unlawfully, or to infringe someone else's rights.

Enforcement

We may suspend access where we reasonably believe this policy has been breached and the breach is causing harm, with notice and an opportunity to cure where the circumstances allow.
