- Receipt v2. Receipts are now signed with hybrid Ed25519 + ML-DSA-87 over RFC 8785 canonical JSON. Verifiers must check both signatures. Receipt v1 is frozen: nothing new is issued, and existing v1 receipts keep verifying. Receipt reference
- Fail-closed post-quantum signing. If the ML-DSA-87 implementation is unavailable, the issuer refuses to start rather than signing with Ed25519 alone. Security
- Statement v1 (
manav-stmt/1). Relying parties describe the action and the exact text shown; rules R1–R6 are enforced by the issuer. Statement reference - Revocation list v2 (
manav-revocation/2). Hybrid-signed, strictly increasing sequence, re-signed at least every 5 minutes, atGET /v2/revocations. Endpoints

Format
- Reverse chronological, one entry per shipped thing.
- Title names the API surface, not the internal project name.
- Receipt format versions are named and dated, with an upgrade guide per version — the wire format has stability obligations.
